What devices are compatible with Apple Pay?

Open the Apple Wallet on your iPhone, hold your Nexo Card and pull it directly to the front.

If I freeze my card in the Nexo app, can I continue to use Apple Pay?

Not included. If you freeze your Nexo Card via the Nexo app, it will not be able to use it via Apple Pay Pay.

What if my Nexo Card is lost?

You can freeze your card immediately through the Nexo app. After doing this, you will not be able to use your phone to pay via Apple Pay.

If you find the card, you can unfrost it through the Nexo app and reuse Apple Pay.

If you need to apply for a supplement card, you need the new card to be added to your Apple Wallet and the old card to have been removed.

Where can I use Apple Pay? Can I use it abroad?

Apple Pay is available for non-contact payments, whether in traffic or in shops, restaurants and cafes around the world.
